Very sad news indeed. Just bummed. R.I.P Lux. Will be playing any and all Cramps recordings tonight while we drink to the man, the myth and the legend.

For the second year in a row I participated in Eclectix Gallery's annual HalloweenDay of the Dead group art show. This year was bigger than ever with Eclectix moving to a larger location. My Four Eyes piece was on display. I should say still is because even though the show is over they have asked to continue showing my piece indefinitely (or I guess until someone buys it or they get tired of looking at it, which ever comes first :))

I was very excited to learn that Mark Mothersbaugh was also participating in this show. He had 2 of his "Beautiful Mutants" pieces showing.

Overall it was a great show with an unbelievable amount of talent on display. You can still see the show online (and past shows) here : www.eclectixgallery.com/

New piece!

Well I've finally finished another one. This one didnt take all that long all added up (maybe 40 hours?) but just seemed to take really long finding adequate time to get anything done. It was probably a motivation thing more than anything else which sucks and I need to get better with. But I'm happy with it. Been carrying around this idea of impaled eyeballs so I'm glad to get it out of the way so I can move on with other ideas. Cheers!

I do want to start out by saying a huge THANK YOU to all of the nice comments and feedback on my work! I'm extremely flattered and blown away. I had known of this site but for whatever reason never thought of creating my own account until fellow Deviant member Walkingistillhonest brought it up on a msg board I frequent.

Anyways I thought I'd introduce myself a bit better. I started working with stained glass about 3 years ago. I took a class that taught the basics of the lead came technique. It was 6 Saturdays in a row and then I was off from there. I read a bit about it and taught myself the rest including the copper foil method of stained glass which I pretty much use exclusively.

I have a full time job and work on stained glass in my spare time so updates of new pieces are going to be slow. I will post some of my earlier work even though its not quite up to par with something like the Cthulhu Jeebus. I'm going to have a hard time ever topping that one!

Cheers!
